Famous traditional Italian seasoned salami, obtained from Italian pork meats flavoured with salt, black pepper and grinded garlic, and filtered in wine. Also known as the "King of Salami".

 

The aroma is intense, with delicate spicy notes, and a pleasant scent of seasoned meat. The taste is soft, delicious, sweet and delicately salty.

Salame Gentile is excellent on its own but goes well with some rustic bread, Parmigiano Reggiano, Wine and Ale-style beers.
