A natural wine with no added sulphur, unfiltered and full of character. Fresh stone fruit meets a nutty, earthy edge, balanced by bright minerality. A blend of Trebbiano from the Poggio Piglia estate and Vermentino from the organic estate, Incontri from Suvereto, it ferments spontaneously before maturing in steel and wood. Savoury, wild, and seriously moreish.
