From 350m-high vineyards planted in 2003, this unfiltered, unfined white is direct-pressed and aged on fine lees for eight months. Chamomile, golden pineapple, and floral notes lead, with sweet spice and a mineral-driven finish. Perfumed yet light, the 2023 vintage is all about elegance and depth.
